The hand moulded facing brick with grey surface
The facade bricks (non-perforated) have five sand covered sides and one side with possible oblong groove. The structure looks rugged with fine and irregular grooves in the sandy surface. The baking process takes place in a gas-heated tunnel oven under slightly reduced atmosphere. The brick has a grey-brown base. The surface obtains a dark graphite grey colour as a result of adapted sanding treatments. The homogenous mixture of accurately predefined proportions of manganese oxide with pinkbaking lössial clay is responsible for the colour of the brick. The colours shown are a near reflection of reality.
