Breathes fire

This hand-moulded facing brick is made from loess, which is extracted among others from the Kesselt plateau in the Maas valley (Belgium) and then enhanced with raw materials from the Volcanic Eifel. By using different sand types a brick is created with colours that vary from light brown to purple brown with blue shades. Through sintering of the brick, the different nuances of colour are obtained. The colours shown are a near reflection of reality.
